There was something truly special about the London 2012 Olympics and the anxiety this week and today building up for the friends in Rio, the plethora of sports on display and the two weeks of handball matches to enjoy.
As a result I had to look back at all the visual memories still easy and quick to access. Hopefully it will also be easy to watch the events from here in London.
This fortnight will distract from the daily routine and
herein another temptation to divert your attention towards matters of idle proportion.
Also it will be an opportunity to release with delay recent spontaneous poems.
